The MWH-XYL-7B maintenance-free tunnel washer series is a high-end intelligent dispensing system for medium/large tunnel washers. It comes standard with 7 MWH-18 high-flow, pressure-resistant, maintenance-free diaphragm pumps (each chemical has an independent pump head). With advanced delayed flushing and air-blow technology, it ensures precise, timely chemical delivery to each washer compartment. Optionally, it can be equipped with temperature and pH probes. Paired with SPLANEY‘s advanced IoT and dynamic UI, customers can remotely access big data, manage water/chemical consumption, and flexibly meet washing requirements under various standards.
